If you paid with a gift card, any refund can be returned to the same gift card.
I misplaced my gift card or never received it. How can I access it?
Use the Resend gift card link in your order confirmation email. This link works once the order has been fulfilled. If you can’t find the email, contact our support team for help.
Can I get a physical gift card?
No. Our gift cards are digital and delivered to your email address.
