Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.


We will refund the cost of the items excluding shipping costs, except in instances where the product arrived damaged.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of the following items, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Used products

Return Conditions

We provide return shipping labels. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return Shipping Costs

  • U.S., Canada, and UK: $40 for small items like wallets, starting at $50 for other items.
  • Asia, Japan: Starting at $40 for small items like wallets, $50 for other items.
  • Europe: Starting at 20 EUR for small items like wallets, 25 EUR for other items.
  • Rest of the World: Starting at $30.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within three days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at the address above.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Additional Information

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
