Can I use a MagSafe charger to charge my Apple Watch?

No, the Apple Watch line can only be charged using an Apple Watch charging cable or by utilizing the component of the MagSafe Duo charger meant for the Apple Watch. Apple offers provide quicker charging speeds for the Apple Watch Series 7 when utilizing a USB-C Apple Watch charging cable, however the Apple Watch cannot yet be charged using MagSafe or any other Qi wireless charger.

All iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 models, all Apple Watch versions, Apple MagSafe accessories, and Qi-certified devices and accessories are compatible with the MagSafe Duo Charger.

By lifting the inductive charging connector, you may charge your Apple Watch in a flat position with the band open, or on its side. When put on its side, your Apple Watch enters nightstand mode, allowing you to use it as an alarm clock as well.
Place the charging connector on the back of your Apple Watch, either upright or flat. When your Apple Watch begins to charge, the charge indicator appears on the screen.

The MagSafe Duo Charger requires at least 15W (5V/3A or 9V/1.67A) to charge both the iPhone and the Watch at the same time, although this will result in slower charging.
