Solutions to Address Disconnecting Issues

  1. AirPods Max: Press and hold the noise control button and the Digital Crown for 15 seconds until the LED flashes amber.
  2. iPhone/iPad/Mac: Turn off the device, then turn it back on. For iPhones and iPads, use the side or top button; for Mac, use the power button.

Disable Automatic Head Detection:

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap the “i” next to your AirPods Max.
  3. Toggle off the Automatic Head Detection option.

Update Firmware and Software:

  1. For your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
