How to block a number on iPhone
Blocking a number on your iPhone can be a useful way to stop unwanted calls or messages from telemarketers, spammers, or other sources. Fortunately, the process of blocking a number on an iPhone is straightforward, and can be done in just a few steps.

Open the Phone app on your iPhone The first step to blocking a number on your iPhone is to open the Phone app.

Find the number you want to block Next, find the phone number you want to block. This can be a number that has called you, a number that's in your recent calls list, or a number that's in your Contacts.

Tap the (i) icon next to the number Once you've found the number you want to block, tap the (i) icon next to the number to view its details.

Scroll down and tap "Block this Caller" Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "Block this Caller." You'll see a pop-up message asking you to confirm that you want to block this number.

Confirm that you want to block the number Tap "Block Contact" to confirm that you want to block the number. The number will now be added to your blocked list.
If you want to block a number that's not in your recent calls list or Contacts, you can still do so by following these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap on "Phone"
- Tap on "Blocked Contacts"
- Tap on "Add New..."
- Find the number you want to block by typing it in, or by selecting it from your recent calls list or Contacts
- Tap "Block Contact" to confirm that you want to block the number.
That's it! You've successfully blocked a number on your iPhone. Keep in mind that when you block a number, you won't receive calls or messages from that number. The blocked number will not be notified that they've been blocked, and they won't be able to leave you a voicemail.
